Matthew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree (2nd Upper Honours) in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and was a personal banker with a leading bank prior to embarking on his journey in the recruitment business. 

He founded People Profilers in 2002 as a sole proprietor, before upgrading the business to a private limited company in 2006. Matthew is very hands-on as a business owner and has trained some very successful consultants over the years. 

His vision is to position People Profilers as the most preferred talent management organisation for all their clients.
